Please read these terms carefully before using the KaziKings platform.
KaziKings is a marketplace connecting travellers with verified safari operators in East Africa. We do not operate tours ourselves. Operators are responsible for their services. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using the KaziKings platform ("Platform", "Service"), including any web application, API, or mobile interface operated by KaziKings Ltd ("KaziKings", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KaziKings Ltd, a company registered in Uganda. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
KaziKings provides a marketplace that connects Travellers with Tour Operators offering safari experiences in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and other East African destinations. KaziKings acts solely as an intermediary — we do not organise, operate, or participate in any tours.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without liability.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, email address, phone number, and country of residence. Business accounts must also provide a valid website URL.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kazikings.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We may require OTP (one-time password) verification of your phone number or email. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.
Tour Operators must hold valid business registration, tour operating licences, and insurance required by the laws of their operating country. By listing on KaziKings, you represent that all required legal documentation is current and valid.
Operators are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their Listings. Prices, itineraries, inclusions, and availability must be kept up to date. Misleading or fraudulent listings will result in immediate suspension.
Access to operator tools requires a paid subscription plan (Starter $20/mo, Growth $50/mo, Pro $100/mo). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in suspension of listings.
Travellers use the Platform to discover tours, submit enquiries, and make bookings directly with Tour Operators. KaziKings facilitates this connection but is not a party to any booking contract between a Traveller and a Tour Operator.

All prices on the Platform are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Tour prices are set by Operators and do not include international flights, visas, travel insurance, or personal expenses unless explicitly stated.
Payments are processed through PesaPal. By making a payment, you agree to PesaPal's terms of service. KaziKings does not store card or payment credentials.
Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual Tour Operators and will be clearly stated on each Listing. KaziKings is not responsible for operator refund decisions. In the event of a dispute, we will assist mediation but cannot guarantee refunds.
Operator subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle remain active until the end of the billing period.
By submitting Content (listings, photos, reviews, messages) to the Platform, you grant KaziKings a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines. Operators must not incentivise or manipulate reviews.
All content, design elements, trademarks, and software forming part of the KaziKings Platform are the exclusive property of KaziKings Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KaziKings does not warrant that:
Safari and adventure travel inherently involves risk. Travellers participate at their own risk and should take appropriate precautions including travel insurance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaziKings Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to KaziKings Ltd in the preceding three months.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account by contacting support@kazikings.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala, Uganda, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
