Bwindi Impenetrable National Park 5 days / 4 nights 1–12 people Equator Safari Co.

About This Tour

Queen Elizabeth National Park is Uganda's most visited safari destination, famous for its incredible biodiversity spanning savannah, wetlands, crater lakes, and dense forest.

This 5-day safari covers the park's highlights including morning and evening game drives where you can spot elephants, buffalo, leopards, Uganda kob, and warthogs. The Kazinga Channel boat cruise is a highlight β€” a 2-hour voyage past hippo pods, crocodiles, and hundreds of bird species along the 32-kilometre channel connecting Lake Edward and Lake George.

The final days take you to the remote Ishasha sector, famous for its tree-climbing lions that drape themselves over fig tree branches β€” a rare and extraordinary sight found in only two places in Africa.

Family-friendly and well organized

Traveling with kids can be stressful but the team made it seamless. The children loved the boat cruise and the guides were great with them.

Great safari, minor hiccups

The game drives were fantastic and we saw all of the Big Five. The lodge was comfortable. Only downside was a slight delay on the second day, but overall a wonderful experience.
